Creating space for everyone to tell their story.

Covid-19 Response

As an organization, we built our system on bringing people and groups together. Now, with the risk of Covid-19, collectively, we must adapt and embrace new and innovative ways to bring communities together while staying safe. With limitations and restrictions for large gatherings and face-to-face interactions, Culture Saving is committed to strengthening its ability to produce high-quality content for various online platforms for engagement through showcasing and storytelling.

Safety First

At the launch of each project, we establish protocol and collaborate virtually to ensure proper pre-planning to mitigate exposure time with in-person contact during the production phase. Our goal is to:

  • Be in-and-out in our efforts.

  • Be concise and effective.

  • Meet C.D.C. and local guidelines.

    • We require face masks on the production site.

    • We use protective nitrile gloves.

    • We use social distancing of 6ft whenever possible.

Cleaning and Disinfecting

On every photography, video production, or multi-camera shoot:

  • We don’t share cameras.

  • We assign who uses what equipment and limit exchange to a minimum as much as is possible.

  • We use isopropyl alcohol in 60% or greater concentrations on all camera equipment and accessories.

Culture Saving's mission is to proactively preserve the arts community by implementing exhibitions and cultural experiences that increase partnerships, positive visibility, and meaningful connections between arts organizations and their audiences.

We work with you to improve your ability to attract support from funders, volunteers, and partners successfully.

Cultural Event Documentation

Through photography and video documentation, we create concise, inspiring content and educate about an organization's people, passion, and purpose.

Exhibition Design + Curation

Culture Saving works to present exhibitions that bring forward new revolutionary ideas around artistic practices and exhibition design.

We leverage this platform to build deep roots in your local communities and with your civic leaders.

Brand Strategy + Communications

We conduct in-depth research seeking unique, historical, and cultural symbolism relevant to the past, present, and future. We then apply this knowledge to forge and shape new meanings that can facilitate communication and make connections between the essence of your organization's purpose and your community.

Through the Lens of Evaluation, Learning, and Impact

“Does the program align with our values?”

“Should the program continue to receive funding?”

“Does the program have the potential for growth and expansion?”

We create documentation that answers these questions by working with you to compile a comprehensive portfolio that visually communicates and demonstrates how your programs and services impact your community and is worthy of support.

We are always interested in learning about organizations and artists doing the work, making a difference, and taking control over their own narratives. We are continuously seeking to work with those doing their part to make history and shape the future for the better.
